Redesigned the Tiler web app by improving usability heuristics, restructuring the navigation system, and simplifying key workflows. This resulted in clearer decision paths, faster onboarding, and a more intuitive browsing experience for both new and returning users.
Designed the AI-driven chat experience, leveraging an embedded LLM to provide users with intuitive, limitless ways to access, modify, and understand their schedules and timelines.
Improved and expanded the 'Tileshare' feature, empowering users to seamlessly assign, receive, and track tasks directly within their calendars, supported by analytics that improve workforce collaboration.
